We're often told that face-to-face communication is the best for business. However, while it's great for immediate issues, it's not the best for sharing lasting information. If you establish a new process or make a pivotal decision without documentation, it wastes time, as those not present or those who join later remain uninformed. In our organization, with our volunteer turnover, workshops have a limited reach. Documenting or offering courses benefits multiple volunteer generations, making it crucial to have such lasting resources.


In our organization, we're a brief chapter in people's larger journey. Unlike typical teams where members stay for 4-5 years, here, while 20% might remain that long, many can't. We need an efficient way to onboard everyone without depending on merely workshops or word-of-mouth.
